Members of the Hispanic Employees Association of Montgomery County Public Schools will honor outstanding Hispanic high school students graduating this year at a reception on Friday, May 20, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Carver Educational Services Center in Rockville. The students were nominated by faculty at their school.

Six students will receive scholarships ranging from $500 to $2,000. All students will receive a certificate of achievement in recognition of their academic accomplishments, as well as their contributions to extracurricular activities.

The Hispanic Employees Association was established to promote the professional development of its members and to recognize student achievement.
