Application workshops for the families of students who are applying to magnet programs in Montgomery County Public Schools will be held on Thursday, November 3, at 7:00 p.m. at White Oak Middle School and Wednesday, November 9, at 7:00 p.m. at Gaithersburg High School.

The workshops will provide an overview of the application process and an opportunity to speak with experienced staff and volunteers. Facilitators will be present to provide information in Chinese, French, Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

The magnet programs include:

· Elementary Centers for the Highly Gifted
· Takoma Park Middle School Magnet Program
· Eastern Middle School Magnet Program
· Roberto Clemente Middle School Upcounty Center Program
· Richard Montgomery High School International Baccalaureate Program
· Montgomery Blair High School Magnet Program
