Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Superintendent Joshua P. Starr will hold a media availability TODAY, December 11, at 12:45 p.m. to discuss his Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 Operating Budget recommendation. Dr. Starr will review highlights of his budget recommendation and identify the district’s strategic areas of focus for FY 2014. The media availability will take place right after Dr. Starr’s budget presentation to the Board of Education, which is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
