The Montgomery County Board of Education will meet on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at the Carver Educational Services Center, 850 Hungerford Drive in Rockville. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in the auditorium with the election of Board officers. Following the election, interim superintendent Larry Bowers will present his Fiscal year (FY) 2017 Operating Budget recommendation. The business meeting will resume at 11 a.m. in the Board room and will include a closed session from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. The public portions of the meeting will be broadcast live on the MCPS website and on MCPS TV (Comcast Channel 34).
