Police Chief Moose to Speak to Parents, Students, and Tutors in Saturday School Program

Montgomery County Police Chief Charles A. Moose will be the featured speaker at a combined meeting of the parents, students, and tutors of the Saturday School Program on Saturday, January 13, 2001, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Springbrook High School.

The discussion will focus on law enforcement and community issues, including careers and family partnerships with police. The event is expected to include more than 200 parents, students, and tutors who participate in the George B. Thomas Saturday School Program serving the Blake, Paint Branch, Sherwood, and Springbrook clusters.

The event will take place in the Springbrook High School auditorium, located at 201 Valleybrook Drive in Silver Spring. The event is open to the public.
