GCC-RB, Background Screening of MCPS Employees, Candidates for MCPS Employment, Contractors, and Volunteers

Purpose

To set forth background screening and training requirements for all Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) employees and specified contractors and volunteers about the most current practices for identifying, reporting, and preventing abuse and neglect, and establish background screening requirements for all MCPS employees, candidates for employment, and specified contractors and volunteers
