MCPS Regulation JEA-RD, Enrollment of Homeless Student ensures that your child/children receive the best possible education. The information from this form will help MCPS determine if your student(s) are eligible to receive benefits under the federal McKinney-Vento Act, a law that helps students who are temporarily displaced from their homes. Determinations may be disputed following the process delineated in the Dispute Protocol.
