Paraeducator Staffing Grid for SY 2017-2018

NEW for 2017-2018 school year

The new Online Paraeducator Staffing Grid system for 2017-2018, referred to as the “Para Grid system,” is an online, interactive tool that replaces MCPS Forms 425‐9a-ES, 425-9a-MS, and 425-9A-HS, paraeducator staffing forms, for principals/delegates to use to make changes to their school’s paraeducator hours and/or indicate involuntary transfers of paraeducators. To access the Para Grid system, Principals/Delegates should go to the same myMCPS webpage that they use to get to SAE and click on the Online Paraeducator Staffing Grid link.
