Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate

MCPS Form W4-MW-507, Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate is no longer offered or accepted. All W-4 changes are now made online via MCPS Hub+. To change your federal income tax withholding allowance, log in to Hub+ and select the Me tab. Then select the Direct Deposit & W4 tile, followed by the Tax Withholding tile. Detailed instructions for updating both federal and regional tax information are available in the Pay and Compensation Employee User Guide.

For Federal Taxes: Complete your W-4 via Hub+ as instructed above.
For Maryland: Complete Maryland Form MW507, Employee’s Maryland Withholding Exemption Certificate.
For Virginia: Complete Virginia Form VA-4, Employee’s Virginia Withholding Exemption Certificate.
For DC: Complete District of Columbia Form D-4, Employee Withholding Allowance Certificate.
For Pennsylvania: Complete Pennsylvania REV-419, Employee’s Non-Withholding Application Certificate.
